Love by its very nature requires a giving and receiving by each person in a relationship and marriage requires this in an on-going and lasting way. We want to help you prepare for your lifelong, successful marriage. Our Marriage Preparation program below is evidence based and based on the latest research for successful marriages in today’s world. It meets requirement for marriage in the Catholic Church.
We are a team of Parishioners, some recently married, some married a long time. Our course requires participation by both members of the couple and is offered in a low pressure environment where every couple that completes the course will receive the necessary Certificate from the Church.
Before you register for your course it is important that you meet with our parish priest to arrange for your marriage. You must contact the contact the office, 905 844 3303, at least ONE year in advance.
For all our marriage programs we offer one course per year usually in February or March. The program runs Friday evening 5:45 pm – 9:45 pm and Saturday 9:45 am – 6:00 pm and includes Friday Dinner, Saturday continental breakfast and lunch with coffee, tea and snacks. The fee is $250.00/couple and includes course materials.
